A $25 non-refundable deposit is required for notarization appointments. This deposit reserves your appointment time and is applied toward the total service amount.

Once an appointment is confirmed, the deposit is not refundable if the appointment is cancelled, rescheduled late, the signer is unavailable, acceptable identification is not provided, the document is incomplete, or the signing cannot be completed for reasons outside of 360 Global Notary LLC’s control.

Cancellations should be made as early as possible. If a cancellation is made after appointment preparation has started, a cancellation fee may apply. If the notary is already in route or has arrived at the appointment location, travel and service-related fees may still be owed.

If the signer is unavailable, lacks acceptable identification, is unwilling to sign, does not appear aware of the transaction, or cannot complete the signing, service and travel fees may still apply. Notary fees are tied to the appointment, travel, and professional time, not only to the completion of the document.

Government filing fees, shipping fees, courier fees, agency fees, and other third-party costs are generally non-refundable once paid or submitted. Apostille and authentication processing times are controlled by the receiving office and cannot be guaranteed unless a specific written guarantee is provided by that office.

Refund requests are reviewed based on the service requested, appointment status, travel status, document coordination completed, third-party fees paid, and whether work has already begun. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method when possible.
